MCFACC offers a Spay/Neuter Voucher, based on financial need. This voucher is for Spay/Neuter surgeries at Mountain View Humane (Christiansburg), valid for Montgomery County residents only.

A voucher covers the cost of the procedure for dogs up to 59 lbs. A small fee may be charged by Mountain View Humane for dogs 60 lbs and over.

Each household can apply for a max of 2 vouchers  (limit 2 pets). Each pet requires its own application.
